  • Tire pressure is a crucial factor affecting both safety and performance. To ensure safe and trouble-free driving, RGC recommends frequent measurements with a professional tire pressure gauge and adjusting it when necessary to correct the readings.

Exceeding the lower limit of the recommended pressure can cause excessive and inadequate tire wear, which can lead to an accident.

These are general recommendations, not precise instructions that should be followed:

    WEIGHT (KG) COLD PRESSURE (BAR) WARM PRESSURE (BAR) < 1000 1.85 2.15 1000-1300 2.00 2.45 > 1300 2.15 2.70

It is essential to adhere to the tire pressure values recommended by the manufacturer.

Front-wheel drive vehicles place the most demands on tires. The front axle is responsible for steering, accelerating, and braking, which together place much greater stress on the front tires than on rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles. Therefore, higher pressures may be required to ensure proper tire performance.

For vehicles with aerodynamic kits, it is recommended to use 0.2 bar higher cold pressures. These vehicles generate greater downforce, which places greater strain on the tires. Therefore, it is recommended to use a slightly higher initial pressure.

    NOTICE!

The pressure values in the table above are calculated for dry and asphalt conditions. For rain tires, lower pressures are permitted in wet conditions, but they should not be lower than 1.7 bar. Due to the different rainfall conditions, it is impossible to establish the same pressure guidelines for rain and dry tires.
